We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2020, at the age of 95, Bernice Elaine Oehlert Klyng of La Marque, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Oehlert and Alma Jones Oehlert; her husband Robert Earl Klyng; her children, Joan Lowe and Robert Earl Klyng, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Pete Tomich, Oscar Ekelund and William Klyng.
She is survived by: her sister Ethel Tomich; her grandchildren, Brett Lyda (Wanni Yu), Jonathon Klyng and Coralea Lowe; her great grandchild Mei Lana; her children-in-law, Cary Lowe and Ann Klyng; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Ekelund and Shirley Klyng; her cousin Edla Epperson (Lu); her nieces and nephews, Pete Tomich, Michael Klyng, Dennis Klyng, Clifford Klyng, Sue LeBlanc (Randy), Lisa Heston (Bob), Nancy McGuire (Clyde), Barbara Sanderson and Mary Gillane (Jimmie); her friend Martha McGinnis; and her godson Daniel Gillane. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter.
