He is survived by: his parents, Ross Lewis and Rebecca Willson-Lewis; his daughter Camilla Rose Tombrella; his sister Kristina Lewis; his nephew Nathaniel James Kohr; and his grandmothers, Gloria Huddleston of Texas City and Judy Lewis of Santa Fe.
