He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermina and Daniel Salinas; his wife Maria Leticia Vela; and his children, Juan Manuel Garcia (Irasema), Norma Garcia (Humberto), Noe Garcia (Glendaliz) and Pedro Angel Salinas.
He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel and Veronica Salinas. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
