He was predeceased by: his siblings, San Juanita Lopez, Rogelio Garcia and Consuelo Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo V. Garcia; his children, Graciela Salinas, Oralia Perez, Martin Garcia and Argelia Garcia; and his siblings, Celia Garcia, Librada Flores and Jose Socorro Garcia.
