He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred June "Shivley" Welch and Vernon Welch. He is survived by: his wife Hanna Welch; his daughters, Sandra Mitchell (Ben Campos), Stephanie Welch and Kara Welch (Michael Machala); his son-in-law Joseph Kramer; and his grandchildren, Sydny, Addysyn (Garrett Gillespie), Kaydyn, Harmyny, Tomas, Rowan, Liza, Matthew, Sommer, Kammie, Emmie and William.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Welch family for incurred expenses.
