He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Benjamin and Evelyn Lorene Roberts (Meneke); his wife Vivian Roberts; his son-in-law Craig Popp; his brother Billy Mike Roberts; his sister-in-law Bobbie Jean; his sister Florice Zapalac; and his brother-in-law Lester Zapalac.
He is survived by: his children, Sheilah Popp, Richard Charles Roberts (Dayvid), Shelly Zbranek (Zeebo), Denise Speckels (Bruce) and Sandra Roberts Rodriguez (Jesse); his brother John Charles Roberts (Eugina); his grandchildren, Ashley Virnau, Bridgette Popp, Brodie Popp, Lezli Thomas, Lauren Ponder and Kaylyn Pages; and his close friends, Pat Clark and Ted Schneider. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
