He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Welch Osborne, Sr. and Mariel Arcola Miller Osborne. He is survived by: his brother Robert "Bob" Welch Osborne, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Bianca Osborne Cooke, Heather "Belle" Osborne and Angela Osborne; his pet Cisco; and his grandchildren, Annabell, Elora and Tucker.
He retired in 2020 at the beginning of the COVID pandemic and spent his recent days at Suncatcher RV Park with close friends, sometimes taking occasional road trips.
