She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola Lee East and Lemme Clark; her son Antwan Wilks Braggs; and her siblings, Danny, Lemmie, Lonniel, Robert, Doris Marion and Louise Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Tamesha Bah (Braggs), Elizabeth Braggs and James Braggs IV; her grandchildren, Naomi Braggs, Alpha Bah Jr. and Chidera-David U. Ezeako; and her siblings, Kathy Clark Jones (Tony), Lewis Clark (Felecia) of Bill, Bill Clark and Billy Clark (Renee). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the King-Tears Mortuary (1300 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78702). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:45 PM at the La Grange Old City Cemetery (151 N College St, La Grange, TX 78945).
