She is survived by: her husband John Urban of John's Catholic School; her children, Mary (Brian Burton) and John Joseph Urban; her grandchildren, Cody (Amber), Dustin (Christina), Dalton Burton, Wayne (DeDe), Zoe, Joseph and Joshua Urban; and her great grandchildren, Grace and Josiah Burton.
