He was predeceased by: his parents, Junius Perry and Thelma Lee Izard; his wife Lorine Izard; and his siblings, Clarence Vernon Izard, Ernest Perry Izard, Sr., Norman Izard and Dorothy Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Izard (Tracy) and Kathleen Izard (Roger Rutledge); and his grandchildren, Samantha Izard, Amanda Hamill, Cheyenne Izard, Lindsey Izard, Taylor Thomas (Charlene) and Tara Smith (Kevin). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.
