She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blaha and Anastasia Blaha; her former husband Eugene A. Cornett; her husband Walter M. Michalk; and her siblings, Eleanora Reiss and Paul Blaha.
She is survived by: her stepson Glenn Michalk (Judy); her daughters, Eugenia Cook (Jim) and Susan Richards (Lee); and her grandchildren, Phillip Hunter (Sydna), Angela Dalton, Casey Cook, Shannon Stanford (Mason), Wendy Henderson, Scott Michalk (Jessica) and Jennifer Anderson. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
