He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wostarek and Bertha Wostarek (Canik); his wife Helen Louise Willmann; his granddaughter Monica Muehr; and his siblings, Justin Wostarek (Cora), Leonard Wostarek, Julia Wostarek and Bessie Walla (Leander).
He is survived by: his children, Veronica Muehr (Gary) of Weimar, Christopher Wostarek (La Verne) of Weimar and Patrick Wostarek of La Grange; his grandchildren, Sara Muehr, Jessica Henry (Brian), Ashley Wostarek and John Wostarek; and his great grandchildren, Makayla Williams and Bryson Henry. He is also survived by his family and friends.
