She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Janda and Frances Janda (Rainosek); her husband Edward Jerome Janacek; her sister Lillian Koether; her daughter Marie Janacek Cook; and her grandson Edwin Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Mary Jo Janacek), David (Jacqueline Janacek) and Tim (Rebecca Janacek); her siblings, Leo (Joyce Janda), Arnold (Helen Janda) and Jo Ann; her brother-in-law Marvin Stasny of Pearland; and her son-in-law Jeff Cook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives, loved ones and family friends.
