With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Lee Brandt of La Grange, Texas, who passed away on March 19, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Brandt and Adeline Trefny Brandt (Trefny); his brothers, Hubert Brandt, Franklin Brandt and Arthur Brandt, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Virginia Brandt.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Brandt Lovelace (Larry), Laurie Brandt Kensicki (Dave) and Jason Brandt (Bridget); his grandchildren, Jared Lovelace (Courtney), Erika Lovelace (Sergio), Eli Lovelace (Kennedy), Sam Lovelace (Madison), Joe Lovelace, Brylee Brandt and Colin Brandt; his great grandchildren, Julian Lovelace and Bryant Lovelace; his wife Darla Dippel Brandt; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Brandt, Gloria Brandt and Darryl Dippel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of La Grange or to a charity of one's choice.
