It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Alcorta Zuniga in La Grange, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dionosio C. Zuniga and Maria Alcorta (Castillo); and her sister-in-law Gloria Zuniga. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Wohlfarth of La Grange and Joshua Wohlfarth of New Braunfels; her siblings, Frank C. Zuniga of Ft. Worth, Gabriel C. Zuniga of San Antonio, Jose C. Zuniga of San Antonio, Dionisio C. Zuniga of San Antonio, Victoria A. Haese and Elizabeth A. Zuniga of San Antonio; her granddaughter Sophia Renee Wohlfarth; her friend Linda Rollins (Jim); and also Kendra of La Grange. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research or to a charity of one's choice.
