He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Barnes and Georgia Belle Barnes (Knox); and his brother Michael Barnes. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Goeckel (Alex); his grandchild Averi; his sons, Ryan Barnes (Rebecca) of Clyde, KS and Matt Barnes of Clifton, KS; his siblings, Dennis (Dixie Barnes) of Clyde, KS, Jimmy Barnes of Clifton, KS, Jeffery Barnes of Clifton, KS, Gregory (Deneen Barnes) of Clifton, KS, Janet (Kevin Schurle) of Clay Center, KS, Linda (Tony Tuberville) of Couch, MO, Angela (William Cyphers) of Clifton, KS and LuAnn (Brian Johns) of Minneapolis, KS; and his sister-in-law Deborah Barnes.
