He was predeceased by: his parents, Bitler Armstrong and Ruth Armstrong Armstrong; and his sister Carolyn K. Bunnell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Braudaway of Delphi; his son Thomas B. "Tommy" Armstrong (Delphi); and his sisters, Carol Faye Armstrong of West Lafayette and Ettola "Toby" Armstrong of Lafayette.
