He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalio G. Pena and Mary Frocks Pena; his wife Bertha C. Pena; and his sister Diana Pena Vargas. He is survived by: his children, Rosalie P. Olivarez (Arturo), Rebecca Ann Casanova (Octavio) and Robert Rosalio Pena (Mayra); his grandchildren, Andrew, Katelyn, Raven, Mia, Aleksandr, Cristian and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Mason; and his siblings, Minerva, John, Victor, Rosa, Jesse, Rosalia and Ricardo.
