She was predeceased by: her parents, San Zumwalt and Francis Zumwalt; and her brother Kenneth Zumwalt. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Lee and Karen Perez; her grandchildren, Alyssa Perez, Ethan Perez and Sean Perez; and her siblings, Sharon Harrington, Patricia Castillo, Sammie Zumwalt Jr. and Dorothy Hurla.
