He was predeceased by: his daughter Liliana Gonzalez; and his parents, Juventino Gonzalez and Maria Santos Gonzalez. He is survived by: his wife Minerva Gonzalez; his children, Nora Gonzalez (Joe Diaz, Jr.) and Edgar Alfonso Gonzalez (Ashley); his grandchildren, Lilly Guillermo (Patric), Mirka Ponce, Mia Maria Murphy and Zac Gonzalez; his great grandchildren, Ava Marie Ortiz and Javier Francisco Guillermo; and his sisters, Lucila Garza, Angie Guerrero, Janie Fernandez and Lile Garcia. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
