He is survived by: his spouse Ercilia Lopez; his children, Norma Saldana (Robert Saldana) and Grisel Mejia (Victor Mejia); and his grandchildren, Liza Noriega, Erika Noriega, Robert Saldana Jr. (Josie Saldana), Laura Saldana Benavidez (Oscar Benavidez), Janelle Saldana Castillo (Roel Castillo) and Valerie Saldana Flores (Jesse Flores). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
