He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eulogio Luna and Manuela Luna Gonzales; his mother San Juanita Luna; and his grandchild Izmael Moncayo III. He is survived by: his girlfriend Ninfa Perez; his children, Michele Luna (Brian John Clark), Marie Luna (Eli Zavala), Meredith Prukop (Conrad) and Michael Luna; his stepdaughters, Dora Presas (Aqurlino 'Quiro' Perez) and Victoria Gamboa (Ismael Gamboa, Jr.); and his former wife Beatriz Luna. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren.
