He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Cora M. Foster; his wife Laureta Ellen Foster; and his children, James W. Foster of Kansas City, MO, Tim Foster (Lesa) of Lee's Summit, MO, Terri Ginavan (Tom) of Cypress, TX and Jana Azpell (Michael) of Kansas City, MO. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
