He was predeceased by: his mother Leonor; and his brother Jesus. He is survived by: his wife Hermelinda "Shorty"; his children, Kristina and Rene (Hilarie); his grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Adam, Olivia and Emery; his father Trinidad; and his siblings, Florestela, Eliseo, Ramiro, Jaime and Robert.
