He is survived by: his daughters, Leticia Cuellar (Scott Boudin) of La Coste and Teresa Cuellar of La Coste; his siblings, Rosa Cuellar of San Antonio, Amelia Medina (Eloy) of San Antonio and Gilbert Castillo (Chavela) of San Antonio; and the mother of his children Rosa G. Cuellar of La Coste. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
