It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Mae Schott Rihn of La Coste, Texas, born in Devine, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Louis Schott and Helen Neatherlin Schott; her husband Denis Joseph Rihn; and her siblings, George Schott, Randy Schott, Claude Schott, David Schott, Roger Schott and Evelyn Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Lopez (Richard), Freddy Rihn (Bernadine), Kenneth Rihn (Jean), Diane Mangold (Ken), Gary Rihn (Toy), Teresa Tschirhart (Scott), Imogene Mann (Roger) and Amy Sierra (Oscar). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Joyce's memory to the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church Building Fund, Restore Reproductive Health Center in Hondo, or the charity of your choice.
