With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Josephine Schott Thompson in La Coste, Texas, born in Devine, Texas, who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Louis Schott and Helen Netherland Schott; her husband Russell "Tommy" Thompson; her son Stephen Thompson (Robbie); her brothers, George Schott (Lanie), Randy Schott, Claude Schott and David Schott; and her brothers-in-law, Denis Rihn and Richard "Dick" Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Russ Thompson (Terry), Donna Biediger (Greg), Brenda Russell (Sam), Jeannette Sterling (Richard), Cynthia Sosa (Robert), Richard Thompson (Pam) and John D. Thompson; her daughter-in-law Dee Ann Thompson; her siblings, Joyce Rihn and Roger Schott; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Thompson, Marlene Schott and Jerry Jane Schott. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
