It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Byron Herbert Murphy (La Coste, Texas), born in Milan, Missouri, who passed away on September 6, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Herbert Murphy and Grace Miller Murphy; and his son Johnny Douglas Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Maria E. Murphy of La Coste; his children, Michael Marvin Murphy of La Coste, Donald Joe Murphy (Marla) of Green City, Edward Lee Murphy of Tarkio, Missouri, Terri Lynn McClaskey (Bob) of Raymore and Sabrina Hernandez (David, Jr.) of San Antonio; and his siblings, Emery Murphy (Rose) of Tucson and Isabel Hart of St. Louis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
