He is survived by: his wife Mary Backor Longrake; his daughters, Julie Giam (Patrick), Jeanne Valenta (Dan) and Stephanie Longbrake (Penny Rayfield); his grandchildren, Lindsay Lefas (Thanassi), Jamie McHugh (Patrick), Chase Valenta (Gaby) and Dustin Valenta; and his brother David Sitz. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
