He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvira Herrera and Francisco Herrera; his siblings, Adolfo, Francisco Herrera and Gloria Saldana; his niece Christina Saldana; and his son Robert Daniel Herrera.
He is survived by: his wife Oralia Herrera; his daughters, Veronica Pantoja of Austin, TX and Alicia V. Avellaneda of Kyle, TX; his grandchildren, Marc, Zoe Pantoja, Adelina, Amarissa and Arabella V. Avellaneda; and his son-in-law Marc Pantoja.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Chase Bank under Oralia G. Herrera education fund.
