He is survived by: his wife Samantha K Davis; his children, Brian James Davis (Gina), Rebecca Preslar (Phillip) and Kimberly S Davis; his grandsons, Mark Allen Preslar and Cody Allen Preslar; and his brothers, Carl Davis, Jim Davis and Norman Davis.
