He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Refugio Santos Sr. and Carolina Zambrano Santos; his sisters, Maria Maldonado and Josephina Gonzalez (Manuel); his nieces and nephews, Laura Maldonado, Ortiz (Richard), Adriana Livas (George), Nora Diettrich (Derek), Augustin Maldonado Jr. (Natalie), Juanita Gonzalez and Leticia Gonzalez; his great-niece Carolina Valencia; and his nieces and nephews, Jaqueline G Flecha, Manuel Gonzalez Jr. (Maricela), Marcuse Gonzalez (Vernalisa), Juan Gonzalez (Veronica) and Jessica Gonzalez.
