It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Schmeltekopf of Kyle, Texas, born in Gonzales, Texas, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Robinson and Marie Cotton Robinson; her husband Calvin Schmeltekopf; her siblings, Thomas Robinson, Fred Robinson, Edna Ruth Robinson and Anne Lee; and her son Clay Schmeltekopf.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Jones (Robert Jones) of Cedar Creek; her daughter-in-law Diane Schmeltekopf of Kyle; her grandchildren, Casey Jones of Waring, Randy Schmeltekopf (Morgen Schmeltekopf) of Austin and Kyle Jones of Kyle; her great grandchild Carter Schmeltekopf of Austin; and her sisters-in-law, Juliann Magdalena (Joe Magdalena) of Harlingen and Patricia Robinson of Liberty Hill.
