He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Slate (Everts) and Charles Slate; his wife Eleanor Mary Slate (Dolinsky); and his children, Park Albert Jr., Donald Edward and Wilma Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Irene Lancaster, Diana Renz, Karen Smith, Eleanor Gesick and John Slate. He is also survived by 8 children, 29 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren.
