He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Juan I. Rubio and San Juana Rubio. He is survived by: his parents, Raymon and Norma; his pet Paco Rubio; his grandmother Maria Cruz Sanchez; and his godparents, Teresa Bagatella and Jose Luis "Guicho" Bagatella. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home - Kyle (1715 Kirby, Kyle, TX 78640).
