He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Lombardo, Jr., LouJack Lombardo (Amanda) and Eric James Lombardo; his siblings, Severo Lombardo, Jr., Henry Lombardo, Mary Padron (Johnny), Geneva Blanco and Eva Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Alexis Marie Lombardo, Jasmine Lombardo, Hailey Lombardo, Jaylin Lombardo, Serenity Cataleya Lombardo and LouJack Lombardo, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
