He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Skogen and Gilman Skogen; and his brother Jerald Skogen. He is survived by: his wife Janet Skogen; his children, Paul Skogen (Erin) and Heather Bishop (Brandon); his grandchildren, Boston and Sofia; and his sisters, Judy Nupnau (David) and Jean Johnson (Steve).
