He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George J. Hill and Theresa J. Houston; his wife Margaret Hill (Peggy); his siblings, Patrick Hill, Michael Hill, Terry Lightfield (Bill), Kelsa Adams, Babette Holtman and Annette Cassidy; and his grandchildren, Colin, Aidan, Avery and Katie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hays Hills Baptist Church (1401 N Farm to Market 1626, Buda, TX 78610). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78202).
