She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Garza and Julia Gonzales; her husband Gustavo Delgado Sr.; her daughter Doris Delgado; and her grandsons, Adam Hernandez and Donavin Sepulveda.
She is survived by: her sister Isabel Castillo; and her children, Rita Romero, Emilia Cisneros, Rosa Sepulveda, Rachel Delgado and Gustavo Delgado Jr.. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 74 great-grandchildren; and 35 great-great-grandchildren.
