He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Mitchell Sr. and Maria Mitchell; and his brothers, Nicolas Mitchell Sr. and Jerry Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Mitchell; his children, Daniel Mitchell, Deborah Kinsey (Timothy W.), Drake Mitchell and Lisa Marie Mitchell (Eddy Morales); and his siblings, Hector Mitchell (Linda), Dolores Garcia (Dennis), Dora Diaz (Tomas) and Melissa Mitchell (Ricardo Nieto). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
