Hardaway; his grandmother Hudspeth; his daughter Belinda Marie Hardaway; his siblings, Carrie Hodges, Clara Hardaway, Jessie Scott, Marie Porter and EJ Hardaway; his children, Ronald Hardaway (Ruth), Keith Hardaway (Stephanie), Mashaun Hardaway (Ronnie), Steven Hardaway (Robin) and Kimberly Hardaway Wooderts (Louis); his granddaughter Metra Carrizales (JD); and his siblings, Irene Spears (RL), Georgia Hamilton (Eddie) and Shelby Hardaway. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

For many years he was employed at Warm Springs Foundation in Ottine, Texas.
