He is survived by: his wife Elida Hernandez; his children, Idalia Hernandez, Velma Hernandez-Mercer, Raul Hernandez and Romelia Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Ruby Hernandez, April Simental, Bianca Simental, Manny Simental, Caeden Mercer, Joel A. Hernandez, Jailah Silva, Jada Silva, Jesse Silva, Jeslyn Silva, Tristan Rios and Tianna Rios. He is also survived by his family, friends.
