He was predeceased by: his parents, Milam Stanley and Emmogene Leveridge; and his brother Stan Leveridge. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Austin Leveridge and Avery Leveridge; his brother Miles; his sister-in-law Darla Leveridge; his sister Kim; his brother-in-law Tommy Combs; and his nieces and nephews, Renee, Greg Jones, Shelly, Mitchell Combs, Stacy, Jason Elmore and Michael Leveridge.
