She is survived by: her husband Norman Phillips; and her children, Richard, Ronnie Phillips and Deborah Phillips Grimes. She is also survived by grandchildren, (13) great grandchildren and (1) great great granddaughter.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jackson Cemetery.
