She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Levi Smith and Launa Smith; her siblings, Raymond, Dwight, Cecil Smith and Juanita Wells; and her granddaughter Tracy Lynn.
She is survived by: her brother Ernest Wayne Smith of Canton Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Benita Kelly Eberhart of Justin Texas, Pete Kelly of Wylie Texas and Daryl Kelly. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
