He was predeceased by: his father Melvin F. "Jack" Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Catherine S. Mitchell of Krum, TX; his daughters, Lisa (Michael Hartin) and Amy (Dave Barton); his sisters, Regina Wilkes of San Antonio, TX, Susan (Herbert Williams) and Cheryl (Tony Rose); and his grandchildren, Taylor Hartin, Kinley Hartin and Ganyn Barton.
