He was predeceased by: his parents, John Curtis Phillips, Jr. and Zettie O. Phillips. He is survived by: his son Kevin Phillips of Krum; his grandson Jonathan Phillips of Bixby; and his brother Jared Phillips (Valerie) of Texarkana, Texas.. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
