He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Pannell and Mary Jane Pannell (Gregory); his wife Kay of Krum; his children, Justin Pannell (Brooks) of Mt. Enterprise, Jarret Pannell (Jenney Barnett) of Holliday and Jaclyn Pannell of Krum; and his sister Lorri McNutt of Mineral Wells.
