He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Thomas and Katherine Carey Tait; and his wife Judy Lynn Tait. He is survived by: his children, Shellie Tait, Trynna Roberts (Trip) and Jon Tait (Angie); and his grandchildren, Darian Tait, Riley Ramirez, Jada Roberts, Hunter Fox, Walker Fox and Rylee Fox.
