It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Oliver Reed (Krum, Texas), who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Oliver Reed and Dona Langston Starr Reed; his siblings, Ray Reed, Travis Reed, Adren Reed, Feunice Reed, Fay Marshall and Bonnie Cole; and his grandson Daniel Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Theopal Reed (Bilyeu) of Denton; his children, James T Reed (Linda) of Aubrey and Sue Loser (Paul) of Nuevo Vallarta; his grandsons, Andrew Moss (Erica) of Hurst, Jonathan Moss (Lindsey) of Arlington and Nathan Reed; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Tomlinson of Aubrey and Michael Loser of West Melbourne, FL; and his great grandchildren, Emilia and Julianna Moss.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation.
